FIDIC engineer services – we prepare procurement conditions and contracts for the implementation of construction projects and ensure a smooth implementation process by applying the FIDIC principles and contractual provisions of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. Construction management – we select the most suitable contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of materials/equipment, ensure that construction works are started and completed on time, control the costs and execution of works, and represent our client during the entire construction process. Construction supervision – execution of construction works according to their projects, quality control of construction works, process management, preparation for the construction completion procedure and consulting during the process. Technical audits – we perform complex analysis and evaluation of real estate object documents, physical inspections of objects and their conformity with the technical documentation. We provide a general assessment of the condition of structures and engineering systems of the entire building, a list of defects and defect elimination solutions, as well as estimates.
