AIUB Institute of Continuing Education

AIUB Institute of Continuing Education wants to meet the lifelong educational and training needs of all learners in the local community and the region. Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) which was previously known as AIUB Continuing Education Center (CEC) started its journey back in 2007 with the idea of harnessing AIUB’s strengths in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering to provide short range specialized ICT courses to AIUB students as well as students from outside. Over the years, this institute introduced many other professional courses to help the students acquire the skill they need to inter the job market. In 2020, we introduced PDG Program which will help students gain competitive edge over other candidates potentially applying for the same roles. Currently we are planning to launch the Master’s Program in near future. Since the beginning of our establishment, we earned numerous national and international accolades. For the third time in a row, we are the home of Champions of National and SAARC Cisco NetRiders Competition. It now stands as the only Cisco Instructor Training Center, Academy Support Center and QA Academy for the whole Bangladesh and recorded the highest student enrollment in Cisco Networking Academy for last 3 consecutive years. For the fiscal year of 2019, we were awarded as the “CCNA Security Specialist” academy by Cisco Networking Academy. Aside from Cisco, success in other programs e.g. Microsoft IT Academy, Oracle Academic Initiative, EC-Council Academia is quite remarkable as well. It’s the only institution in the region to have signed up Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance to equip the business graduates with the technical know-how of the dynamic business world. Lately Juniper Networks Academic Alliance, RedHat Academic Alliance and SAP University Alliance programs added extreme values to the professional development of our students.
