We initially have a brief discussion to see if and how we can help you. Often clients find that our advice is to dissuade them from entering into litigation, as we give impartial way – irrespective of whether we are instructed. However, where we agree to accept instructions, we take a practical approach by discussing the way forward and agree terms of business.
We only offer a high standard quality private client service, as we do not deal with public funded matters (previously called ‘legal aid’), which is now rather scarce. We also offer fixed fees for undefended landlord and tenant possession cases, issuing divorce petitions etc.
In these times of austerity, we understand the financial difficulties suffered by many, which is why we agree to enter into an agreed ‘pay as you go’ scheme, which is greatly assisting our clients.
We work with you to achieve your desired result as soon as possible, in a positive, practical, pro-active, friendly and confidential way.
We also have strong support in that we have an administrative team, in-house Accountant and IT Consultant, so that our fee earners can concentrate on dealing with our clients matter or transaction and giving them that personal attention that they deserve.
Our clients are almost exclusively recommended by word of mouth, as a result of their trust and confidence in our ability to deliver. Our clientele are local national and international and range from the individuals to corporate clients – all of whom are assured of the same personal and meticulous handling of their matter or transaction.
