ajBENTLEY Solutions provides strategic commercial counsel and execution to healthcare organizations looking to elevate their commercial capabilities, develop talent, and accelerate commercial excellence. ajBENTLEY Solutions was founded in March of 2020 by President and Principal Consultant Ashley Bentley. She brings over two decades of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries at various sized organizations. Most recently, Ashley served as the Vice President of Commercial Training at Baxter where she had responsibility for training and development of the commercial teams across all Baxter businesses. Prior to joining Baxter, Ashley held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales management, sales leadership, and sales training at some of the nation’s largest life sciences companies including Salix Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca. In her career, Ashley has overseen the training of thousands and has led cross-functional teams through numerous product launches and acquisitions. Being passionate about training and development, she has helped develop and promote women and men, served as President of the Baxter Women Leaders Business Resource Group, developed and launched company-wide Leadership Development Programs, instituted and led Cultural Change Teams, and mentored dozens of emerging leaders. Ashley has won numerous awards in her career in the areas of Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Leadership Excellence and Organizational Excellence. Ashley also an active member of the Life Sciences Trainers Educators Network (LTEN) where she serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors.
