At AJC Comms we work with Openreach’s Tier 1 suppliers to build and maintain the fibre network across the UK. Our operating model allows us to be scalable and flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly to the requirements of our customers. AJC Comms Ltd was founded in 2019 by Alex James Charnock, after successfully working within Telecoms for 8 years. 4 years on and AJC Comms is working with multiple customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on investing time into developing our teams to ensure they are confident and capable in all aspects of the job. We have a progression plan for splicers to learn all elements of cabling and vice versa. This means we can operate efficiently, giving our teams ownership of the entire job, including testing.
