AJM is a LRQA AS9100D certified team of highly skilled precision engineers with over 50 years experience of sub-contract CNC multi-axis manufacturing of precision parts in a variety of materials including all exotics, mould tools (manufacture, repair & refurbishment), jigs and fixtures.
AJM has dedicated manufacture cells for Milling, Turning, EDM Wire, EDM Sinker, Graphite Milling, Quality and Assembly. Size capabilities are: Milling 3.2M (x) x 800mm (y) x 600mm (z), Turning 3.2M x 900mm, EDM Wire 1.2M (x) x 900mm (y) x 400mm (z), EDM Sinker 2.1M (x) x 1.25M (y) x 650mm (z) Graphite Milling 650mm (x) x 550mm (y) x 400mm (z) and Quality CMM 1.2M (x) x 2M (y) x 1M (z).
