* Deliver assistance thru advance problem detection capability to Support Servers and Desktops of our customers.
* Implement and convert Physical environment into Virtual environment.
* All Level (L1) and Level (L2) employees report to this department.
CODING DEPARTMENT: Our comprehensive Coding services are available as a standalone service for organizations doing their own billing. Our closed-loop process is seamlessly integrated with the billing system of Healthcare providers to ensure the highest degree of data integrity.
* Our Medical Coding services help healthcare providers optimize revenue while minimizing compliance risk.
* We have Billing Coders who have hands on experience and deep knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, sharp focus on specialties, and advanced workflow management system deliver expert, predictable results.
* Simultaneously, Our Managers and Coders are also trained on ICD-10 version of Billing Coding.
