The company’s management has a strong engineering heritage with over 40 years’ in the industry and continues to invest in the best engineering graduates. AJ Power now employs a vast workforce, many from Northern Ireland’s specialist universities, designing, developing, manufacturing and testing a wide range of gensets. Designers use their knowledge of subjects like fuel combustion, electric circuits and digital control systems to optimise genset design. At the same time they have a strong appreciation of environmental factors such as noise, vibration, exhaust emissions and the achievement of electromagnetic compatibility.
