The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is the nation's oldest law review devoted to the art of trial advocacy. We are one of the two student-managed journals at Cumberland School of Law. Students within the top one third (1/3) of their 2L class are invited to write on to the journal by submitting a comment and completing a citation examination. The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is currently accepting article submissions to be considered for publication in the Summer and Fall books.
