AK EVAN was founded in 2006 in Prague. Its team provide legal and transactional consultancy on Czech, Slovak and European law. It focuses on M&A, restructuring, corporate law, financing and real estate transactions in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. For many years, AK EVAN has been the main legal advisor to the investment group Penta Investments, but also to a number of other companies, such as Fortuna Group, the Dr. Max’s pharmacy chain or Aeskulab. AK EVAN provides legal services in major multinational transactions. In 2017, it was the lead legal advisor to the purchaser (Dr. Max company) in the transaction (purchase of the Romanian company A&D Pharma Group), which won the CEE Legal Matters magazine’s CEE Deal of the Year 2017.
