The "Arbeitskreis Börse – Studenten der Universität Mannheim e.V. (AKB)" is the largest student association at the University of Mannheim and sees itself as an important interface between students and companies with a focus on capital markets and consulting. Since its founding in 1984, the AKB has been the oldest and largest student finance association in Germany.
