Akihito Sushi is de Japanse versie van een tapas restaurant met uitstapjes naar de wereldkeuken. Het idee is om met vrienden, collega’s of familie een gezellig avondje te babbelen en af en toe hapje te eten en te drinken. Het concept lijkt op die van de bekende ketens, maar Akihito is Akihito. Ons uitgangspunt komt voort uit het idee van een proeverij. Je kan een wandeling rond de kaart maken maar wel beperkt tot een vast aantal “bites”. Japans blijft natuurlijk onze specialiteit maar wij nemen geregeld uitstapjes naar andere keukens rond de wereld. Ook kaas plankjes en fuet/vlees plankjes voor de na borrel zijn hier verkrijgbaar. Wij nemen het woord proeverij zeer serieus door het concept ook door te trekken naar onze bar. Door de introductie van onze whiskey en likeur proeverij plankjes kunt u ook deze collectie proberen. Wij bieden onze gasten een leuke ongedwongen avond met lekker eten in een sfeervolle ambiance.
