AkiliSpace is a dynamic mental wellness initiative committed to transforming the mental health landscape for adolescents, teenagers, and young adults in Kenya. Founded by a team of passionate young psychologists, we offer a range of programs designed to support mental well-being and foster resilience in our community. Our services include peer counseling training, mental health workshops, mentorship programs, one-on-one counseling, and group counseling sessions. Additionally, we run a Juvenile Wellness Program in juvenile prisons, providing tailored support to at-risk youth. Our mission is to create a supportive and stigma-free environment where young people can access the mental health resources they need to thrive.
