Aki will process lithium-ion battery end-of-life and manufacturing scrap to produce black mass: a concentrated, high-value material recovered by shredding lithium-ion batteries. Black mass contains critical minerals such as lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, copper, and graphite, which are essential for the production of new battery materials.
