We as AKKO Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which were founded by Abdullah KARAKUŞ in 1986, produce Turning Tool Holders, Threading and Grooving Tool Holders, U-Drills, Milling Tool Holders, Precision Tool Holders (OEM Tool Holders) on-demand, Monoblocks and Holders, and Profile Inserts. We produce a standard 10.000 kinds of tool holders with a production capacity of 750.000 pieces and 70.000 pieces of special profile inserts per year in an area of about 40.000 square meters. We are going on regularly exporting to 90 countries including European, Asian, African, South American Countries, North American Countries, and Middle Eastern countries. We keep ready about 300.000 pieces produced products in our stock. Steel Raw materials that we make produced especially for us are delivered our factory and all production process are made in our factory. All kinds of operations from machining of steel to heat treatment and coating on our tools are made in our integrated factory AKKO.
1986 yılında Abdullah KARAKUŞ tarafından kurulan AKKO Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Tornalama Takımları, Diş ve Kanal Açma Takımları, Delik Delme Takımları, Frezeleme Takımları ve talebe yönelik Özel Takımlar, Monoblok ve Tutucular ile Profil Uçlar üretmektedir. Şu an 40.000m²’ye yakın bir alanda Türkiye, Japonya, Almanya, İsviçre gibi ülkelerin ürettikleri son teknoloji tezgah ve ekipmanlarıyla yıllık 750.000 adet üretim kapasitesiyle, standart 10.000 çeşit takım üretimi ve 70.000 adet profil uç üretimi yapmaktadır. Avrupa, Asya, Afrika, Güney Amerika, Kuzey Amerika ve Orta Doğu kıtalarında şimdilik düzenli olarak 90 ülkeye ürün sevkiyatına devam etmektedir. Minimum 300.000 adet üretilmiş ürün stoklarında mevcut bulunmaktadır. Firma için özel üretilen çelik hammadde işleme girer ve bütün üretim süreci kendi bünyesinde gerçekleşmektedir. Çeliğin işlenmesi, ısıl işlemi, üzerindeki kaplama ve her türlü üretim operasyonları bir entegre tesis olan AKKO’da yapılmaktadır.
