AkkuSer

AkkuSer, founded in 2005, is a battery recycling company located in Nivala, Finland. We recycle spent portable batteries into new raw materials. We recycle the spent portable batteries with ‘Dry-Technology’ – a mechanical battery recycling method developed by AkkuSer. Our processes, expertise and experience enable the safe and efficient battery recycling. We provide recycling services for both mixed portable batteries and pre-sorted Li-ion batteries. In addition to Li-ion batteries, also alkaline and Ni-Mh batteries are recycled at our facility. The outputs from our processes containing valuable and even critical metals are delivered for reuse. All the spent portable batteries from Finland are delivered to AkkuSer. We also receive pre-sorted Li-ion batteries from several European countries
