Can a better bar be created? You might think I am crazy, but I think it can. My journey to create a better bar started with a simple question: what did I want from a protein bar? Simple, clean ingredients, authentic flavors given by real fruits, and a soft and smooth texture pleasantly alternating with nuts and fruit pieces. If I were to eat a bar per day, I also wanted a bar that would help my brain perform better, improve my stamina and performance, and contribute to my immunity and overall health.I started incorporating medicinal mushrooms into my diet two years ago after watching one of Paul Stamet’s videos on YouTube.
