History of Al-Durra Co. The history of the company goes back to the 1940`s and began with one product Kamardene ( apricot sheets ) which were all handmade . it wasn't until 1979 that the company began to introduce different products in which to satisfy the local market, as it realized that the consumer had changed their eating habits and were ready for something . The Al-Durra factory now occupies 15.000 sq mt which includes our laboratory fully new equipped with the latest technology to meet with food standards and holds all the necessary certificates including haccp ISO 22000 and the ISO 9001 certificates. Al-Durra remained and will remain the leader of food products ind ustry and recently opened new factories in Jordan & Egypt equipped with the latest technology our main markets : Europe - Canada - Australia - Middle east & Arab countries تاريخ الشركة تمتد جذور نشاطات شركة الدرّة إلى الأربعينيات من القرن الماضي حيث بزغت في ذلك الوقت بمنتج وحيد ( القمر الدين ) وفقاً للإمكانات البسيطة المتوفرة آنذاك , ثم برزت شركة الدرة كشركة للتصنيع الغذائي في عام 1979 حيث بدأت تظهر معالمها وتتعدد منتجاتها ويزداد إنتاجها وذلك بدافع من السوق المحلية الذي ازداد حجم التبادل فيه مع المستهلك نظراً لتغيير العادات الاستهلاكية لهذا المستهلك حيث بقيت شركة الدرة وستبقى رائدة صناعة المنتجات الغذائية في الشرق الأوسط وقد تم افتتاح مصانع جديدة في الأردن ومصر حالياً مجهز بأحدث المعدات اللازمة لذلك تعمل الدرة الآن على أحدث الطرق العالمية التي تواكب تكنولوجيا التصنيع الغذائي فقد أدخل إليها أحدث الطرق الممكنة المتطورة أهم أسواق منتجاتنا اوروبا - كندا - استراليا - أمريكا - الدول العربية
