Oversee all the HR activities within the department and across the organization. Provide ongoing management reporting on the implementation of the HR plan to the senior leadership team Strategic Planning and Human Resources. I work with clients to facilitate solving their people challenges by designing optimal solutions on five core areas including, Organization Strategy, Assessment & Succession, Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Development and Total Rewards. Drive development and implementation of a coherent HR strategy and framework. Lead the Strategic outsourcing project and exploiting the capability by creating a spin-off business, which creates additional revenue and achieves a net gain in operational efficiency. Develop and implement talent management initiatives as required by management appetite and organisation’s development. Develop a talent pipeline across the organization, manage succession planning and develop processes to identify and close competency and skill gaps. Provide direction for developing compensation strategy to reward and retain employees fairly and competitively within a cost effective framework. Strategize hiring plan & action alongside Recruitment section, ensuring implementation as per the organizational structure; oversee Manpower planning & budgeting and manage attrition analysis & attrition control/ retention programs.
