Since its inception in 2011, Al Mabroor Projects have been providing high quality Shariah compliant investment products. With the assistance of the well-respected late Mufti Ebrahim Desai and Mufti advocate Emraan Vawda, Al Mabroor was established, based on a common law partnership model.
From humble beginnings, the company has grown into a household name in the Muslim community, with over 8 000 partners in the various Al Mabroor projects.

Agricultural:
At present Al Mabroor Agri owns around 55 000 cattle, including breeding stock, and sells between 1000 – 1200 animals on a weekly basis to the abattoir.
Properties:
Many investors are looking for regular monthly income, coupled with a degree of capital growth over the medium to longer term.
Al Mabroor offers their investors the opportunity to invest in high quality property projects. The main sectors earmarked for investment are hospitals, especially sub-acute and frail care facilities, student accommodation, filling stations and commercial office space.
Al Mabroor Projects will be the management agent of the various property investments. Al Mabroor will collect rentals, manage and maintain the property and do monthly rental distributions to all investors.
Vehicle Finance
The Al Mabroor vehicle finance product offers investors the opportunity to diversify their investment portfolio. The rent-to-own finance model has been devised and implemented by the late Mufti Ebrahim Desai and adheres to Shariah Law.
To date we have financed over 400 vehicles and investors have received timeous monthly profit payments. The product remains very popular and Al Mabroor would like to grow this part of the business significantly going forward.
