Al Rushaid Construction Co., Ltd. (ARCC) is a joint venture of Al Rushaid Petroleum Investment Company (ARPIC) and EEI Corporation from the Philippines. Established in 1993, the company has grown to become one of the leading construction companies in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Water, Petrochemical, Industrial and Manufacturing industry. ARCC has been in the construction business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over 28 years. While this accounts to its local tenure, the management and the track record of the company originated from Philippine venture company, EEI Corporation with over 90 years of existence in the global construction business.
