Al Thurayya Group

Founded in the 1940s in Basra, Iraq, Al Thurayya Group started as a food trading and retail business before expanding into real estate development. By the early 1990s, the group established Karbala Company for Prefabricated Building Industry, a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products in Iraq. It later diversified into general contracting, oil, and marine services, and co-founded Al Fayha Group with Al Muhaidib Group. Today, Al Thurayya Group stands out as a major provider of high-quality products and services that support both private and public sectors, contributing to Iraq’s development and quality of life.
