Our head of digital, Ryan O'Carroll, is a published academic whose acclaimed thesis appeared in the Journal of Promotional Communications. His thesis “A Dialectical Investigation into the Facebook Domain” concentrating on Gen Z behaviours and motivations which secured top prize in the European Thesis Competition (EACA) in 2020 and 2019 (ECSM).
