Alaska West Express provides truckload transportation throughout the United States and Canada, specializing in shipments to and from Alaska where we are a leader in transporting liquid- and dry-bulk products, hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and petroleum products. With our fleet of flatbeds, vans, stretch, lowboy, single- and double-drop trailers, we are recognized for dependable service to the oilfield, mining, construction and manufacturing industries. Our Service Center in Fairbanks is an intermodal transfer facility providing railcar transfer with a complete vapor recovery system, warehousing, pipe and materials storage yard and certified tank maintenance and cleaning. Oilfield tubulars, bulk and liquid products, and other materials en route to Alaska’s North Slope are transferred from railcars and trucked north.
