Alaska Mortgage Bankers Association

The Alaska Mortgage Bankers Association is a trade organization composed of loan origination companies, servicing companies, and affiliated industry service providers. We have been serving Alaska’s mortgage and housing industry since 1976. Our members adhere to a canon of ethics that calls for the use of sound and ethical business practices. The Alaska Mortgage Bankers Association is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the Mortgage Banking Industry through a proactive relationship with Federal and State legislators, industry agencies, and other housing trade organizations. Our members are kept informed about changes in mortgage laws and pending legislation. Our standing committees provide seminars, meetings, and general information for the purpose of education for our members and the public. The Association promotes public education, high ethical standards, sound business practices, and cooperation among legislators, regulators and other members of the industry.
