Alba Mind

Mental health problems cost the global economy £1.8 trillion each year. 75% of all these problems start before people reach the age of 18. We're solving this by making mental health care less scary, more accessible, and many times more affordable for Gen Z. To achieve this, we've built a beautiful, intuitive mobile app which makes mental health management easy and more importantly, fun. We already have over 3000 users in 51 countries around the world, and we're seeing user retention rates 9x higher than similar apps. Alba Mind combines science-backed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, with a gamified social support community.
