Albany Engineered Composites develops and manufactures composite components and assemblies. Our Production methods are based on 3D-Weaving, Filament Winding, Braiding, classic Lay-up and Advanced Fiber/ Tape Placement. In sequence products are impregnated with resin by wet processing, vacuum bagging, RTM and/or HP-injection. Parts can finally be machined and assembled according to customer requirements. Production of fiber reinforced thermoplastic components by tape winding is also part of our technology. Our strategy is focused on Aerospace, Marine and Industrial components. With the branding of the former CirComp into Albany Engineered Composites GmbH the transition of our site in Kaiserslautern into the Albany corporation is finalized.
