The founder Lisa Sinnott BA (Hons) has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Animal Behaviour at the University of Edinburgh Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies and has a Diploma in Canine Coaching. She runs St Paws Training Academy.
Albany Pet Services have reached the final at the SME Awards for Family Business of the Year 2020 and also the Best Business Women Awards for Best Business Women Working with Children & Families. Albany Pet Services was also recognised in Lux Life Magazine's Pet Product & Services Awards 2020 for Best Bespoke Pet Care & Training Services Provider & received an Excellence Award for Innovative Puppy Training Sessions in Hertfordshire.
