The aim of Learning & Development at Albatha, is to achieve competitive advantage by creating, retaining, sharing & transforming knowledge and experience to further build Albatha as a learning organization.
As a learning organization, we intend to create a culture that encourages and supports continuous learning, develop leadership and management skills, encourage critical thinking and value new ideas at all levels.
History
Our journey to transform Albatha Holdings and it's operating companies into a learning organization began in the early 2000's. With each passing year, we have achieved milestones with the help of our employees, Training Champions. the HR & L&D fraternity and our Volunteers.
Achievements
One of the greatest milestones achieved was in transitioning the Albatha Learning Centre into Albatha Learning Academy. We have successfully achieved the status of being an 'ilm' UK Approved Centre. We are associated with FranklinCovey and offer their signature programs in-house for our employees on '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' and 'The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership'.
