Operating out of our 88,000 ft2 precast manufacturing plant, located in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Alberta Precast Products strives to produce high quality precast elements. All the equipment in our plant is supplied by Elematic, a leader in the European precast industry in both precast element production and manufacturing facility design. From our Elematic semi automated carousel production line that includes cleaning, pouring and finishing stations, to our fully automated Elematic batch plant, we have the ability to track every aspect of production. Thus, ensuring we consistently produce elements that conform to the highest standards of finish and quality, while being able to maintain efficiency in production time and labour costs. Our main products we produce are wall elements, consisting of - insulated sandwich and solids that can be architectural or load bearing, as well as, columns, beams - both grade and crane. We also produce products like parking curbs and lock-blocks. Additionally, we are diversifying in to specialty items like countertops, boardroom tables and custom decorative elements that can be used to enhance your home or workplace.
