Alborada Ventures is a catalytic fund that promotes the social and economic integration of migrants across Latin America and the Caribbean. Born from the collaboration between Radical Flexibility Fund and Innpactia, its first phase is being implemented in Colombia, with a focus on supporting initiatives that generate real impact in the lives of migrant communities, particularly Venezuelan migrants. The fund is designed to support and strengthen NGOs, ventures, companies, and community organizations advancing financial inclusion, job creation, access to essential services, and social and economic integration. Through a flexible financial model and tailored business support, Alborada contributes to scalable, sustainable solutions. Our purpose is clear: to build a replicable model that positions human mobility as a driver of impact, development, and long-term resilience across the region.
