A Little Bit of Sunshine UK (ALBOS UK) is a forward-thinking mental health charity dedicated to transforming how young people engage with and shape mental health support. Founded on the belief that young people hold valuable insights into their own needs, we aim to bridge the gap between young people and decision-makers, advocating for a mental health support system that’s both effective and attuned to the real-world challenges faced by young people today. Our work is rooted in empowering young voices and supporting collaboration between communities and policymakers to drive long-lasting, systematic change.
We operate through a blend of mental health education projects, social action projects, and advisory programmes that place young people at the heart of mental health reform.
