We are a youth-led organisation working to transform the systems that shape young people’s lives. From education and careers to care, mental health and community services — we’re here to make sure they reflect the real needs, voices and futures of today’s youth. 💡 We lead with strategy, collaboration, and lived experience — but we’re not afraid to build and deliver where it helps drive change. ✅ We launch campaigns that tackle systemic gaps ✅ Create tools and frameworks others can adopt ✅ Co-design new ideas with young people and professionals ✅ Run events and pilots that show what better support can look like ✅ Facilitate shared learning across professionals and service leaders ✅ Provide spaces where youth feel confident to speak up and influence decisions ✅ Advocate for long-term, cross-sector reform 🔧 What We’re Building Right Now 🎓 KATALYST — designing a national go-to careers platform to connect young people with work experience, mentoring, and sector-led opportunities. 💬 Youth Wellbeing Summit — launching in Summer 2026 with Manchester Met to support student mental health during exam season.
