When we first opened our doors in 1995, we decided that the best way to practice was by becoming experts in a single area of the law — estate planning. The firm has grown over the last 27 years, and we are the largest trusts and estates law firm in Orange County, but our philosophy has never changed. With five partners certified as specialists in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, four attorneys with their Masters of Laws in either taxation or estate planning and two attorneys with extensive experience working at the Internal Revenue Service, we provide superior client service in all aspects of estate planning from both basic and advanced estate tax planning, including business succession and charitable planning, through the trust administration and probate processes, as well as representation of beneficiaries, trustees and individuals in court and in front of the Internal Revenue Service.
