Executive search in Finance ALCG Partners, created in 2009, is an independent Human Resources Consultancy specialized in the direct recruiting of leaders, experts and executives in Finance, in France and abroad. For twelve years, we have advised Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Brokers, Private Equity & M&A firms in their efforts to review their organizations, assess their needs, and select and recruit talent. We provide counseling to candidates, from high-potential young applicants to seasoned professionals, providing an in-depth study of their careers and skills, as well as an analysis of their personalities and aspirations.
