Our LEAP Programme is based on years of collective research and practice. We are not 'motivational speakers', nor are we 'team building' practitioners. Our experience of such - though they serve an immediate, enjoyable purpose - is that their impact is momentary and fleeting. Authentic motivation can only spring from within the individual and is not sustained by external trappings of 'success'. Our programme provides a positive and lasting impact.
