The Purpose of Alchemy Mineral LLC is to deliver the highest quality, service and reliability in industrial minerals throughout the U.S. At Alchemy Mineral, we are committed to be a highly professional, reliable, trustworthy, solid, and sustainable company, and to differentiate ourselves in the U.S. marketplace through our product range, quality, service, reliability, and customization capability. Our industrial mineral products, sold as grain or powders, are customized to meet particular industrial demands, especially in the Abrasives, Blasting, Refractory, Ceramics, Polishing, and Flooring industries. The word Alchemy is derived from Greek words meaning “the art of transmuting metals,” and refers in particular to medieval efforts to convert base metals into gold. We chose the name Alchemy because the “seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination” it represents is reflected in the manufacturing process of many of our products, such as the electrofusion used to create the minerals aluminum oxide and silicon carbide.
