Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening groups are tailored to meet the working clients’ schedule.
Group sizes are limited to ensure maximum individual participation.
The group focus is broad and emphasizes; Workplace and relationship issues, as well as grief/loss, boundaries, trust, developing coping skills, stress management, self esteem, shame/guilt and mental health issues.
Families are encouraged to attend family group nights for crucial learning.
