Alan Roberts started his career as a Recruiter for a Wall Street Personnel Agency while he was attending college. In 1988, he graduated from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Alan was then hired by a North American Recruiting Firm where he recruited clients and placed temporary staff for over fifteen years. In November 2002, Alan started The Aldan Troy Group. Alan has had the opportunity to expand his temporary staffing clients to serve their permanent staffing needs as well. Alan has the keen ability to screen applicants and place the candidate with the right client and position. Alan’s recruiting philosophy is pragmatic: know your candidates and their career objectives thoroughly. The Aldan Troy Group is committed to finding solutions for our clients and exciting employment opportunities for our candidates. We are a boutique staffing agency operating under the parent company Corporate Resource Services. Our main clientele pertains to (but isn't limited to) the legal, financial, not-for-profit, and charter school industries. We mainly seek out Administrative and Project Assistants, Executive Assistants, Receptionists, Data Entry Processors, Legal Secretaries, and Paralegals. Bright, hard-working, mature recent college graduates with internship experience are also welcome to apply for entry level positions. Positions include short term, long term, open-ended, and temp-to-perm. All positions could lead to full-time employment. Our registration process requires a résumé submission and typically a brief interview (time length depending on each candidate's background) with Alan Roberts, Ellen Ebers, and Michael Richards.
