As a trauma-informed practice, we understand the importance of approaching each client with an open mind and an open heart. We are a diverse group of affirming providers in an inclusive environment. People come to us for individualized care from our small team of compassionate providers. As a small group we have the ability to reach a wider range people, both adults and children. We can help you navigate the challenges that arise from our complicated world and our increasingly complicated lives and we can do this in a variety of ways, either in person or via telehealth, with therapy for you, your child, or your family, and with medication if that’s a choice that’s right for you. We believe that everyone has the potential to be whole and healthy and live full and meaningful lives. We see our role as collaborative, journeying with you to a version of wellness that we believe everyone can achieve.
