Committed to imaginative, robust scientific practice, we improve yeast cells to transform them into veritable micro production units. We offer innovative technological industrial solutions for the fabrication of products that are indispensable for our growing world and which respect the environment. Founded by Dominique Thomas, Alderys currently employs a 32-people experienced team with strong expertise in yeast biology and fermentation processes. The company operates out of a 1.000 meter square custom-built facility at Orsay, in the south of Paris, France The projects developed by Alderys are aimed at the cosmetics, commodity chemicals and animal nutrition sectors. Thanks to our technological quality and innovativeness, Alderys has signed a number of partnership agreements with industry leaders.
