ALDEU concept took a start in 1995, when two students of Latvian University with specialization in Finance an IT, created a service center for automatization of business processes for International 100 % privately held group of related multi industrial companies with its headquarters established in Latvia in 1991, later called Rikom Group. In 1998 the idea of creating outsourcing hub came into business decision to establish a new company in structure of Rikom Group called RIFS&Co (26.10.1998). In 1999 RIFS&o in partnership with Information Matrix Group (USA) started to provide accounting, legal, and other business infrastructure supporting services, as well as IT services and business performance growth consulting.
