AldexChem developed a novel hydrosilylation reaction filing its primary IP as Silbored™, facilitating the reduction of a wide range of esters to aldehydes which are difficult, critical or even impossible to convert with the standard toolbox of chemical synthesis.
We are dedicated to providing robust and scalable tools for the chemical industries and developing building blocks for homologation reactions, which would be difficult to access with the standard toolbox of chemical synthesis. SilBoRed™ technology opened up a novel chemical space, allowing multiple industrial applications.
In this new chemical space, LipexSil™ gives access to a novel lipid family, filing AldexChem’s secondary IP. A unique solution for one of the most pressing bottlenecks of the pharma industry – delivery of RNA drugs and vaccines. LipexSil™ develops and supplies ionizable lipids for the pharma industry which can be used in the preparation of LNPs for delivery of biologically active agents, in particular polynucleotides into cells. At LipexSil™, we believe that every innovative and groundbreaking discovery should be within reach, and our goal is to make that a reality by continuously advancing and perfecting our technology.
