The Paid-Up Capital of the Company is SAR 500 million. The Company is considered a prolongation to Trade Union which was established in 1983 in the Kingdom of Bahrain as an offshore company to conduct the insurance business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Company became a Public Company in 2008 and was launched on the Saudi Stock Exchange in Tadawul Under Symbol: 8170. The Company is Authorized to Transact all Classes of Insurance (General Insurance, Medical Insurance, Motor Insurance, Protection and Saving Insurance).
