Alexander Symonds has grown to become one of the leading and longest serving surveying consultancies in the country. Employing more than 140 specialist staff across the country, we have offices in Adelaide (head office), Mount Gambier, Whyalla, Horsham, and Mildura. We consult to a broad range of clients across the public and private sectors, with our passionate team bringing a depth of expertise to projects to offer tailored solutions and ensure best practice principles are implemented. Alexander Symonds offer consulting services in all fields of surveying including land development, precise engineering, infrastructure, laser scanning and licensed surveying; operating primarily in the mining, property, energy and construction sectors. In particular, we have been involved in many award-winning urban development and infrastructure projects across South Australia, including Springbank Waters, Mawson Lakes, Holdfast Shores, Blakeview, Playford Alive and Seaford Meadows. In addition to our extensive portfolio of work across Australia, Alexander Symonds has proudly been involved in international projects such as the London Millennium Dome, Hydrographic 3D Marine Mapping surveys in New Caledonia and Papua New Guinea, and has provided expertise and new technologies for overseas aid programs in Yemen, the Philippines and Nauru.
