We use organization assessment tools and methods to identify strengths and challenges in the organization that can become levers for change and transformation. Our approach positively engage key stakeholders through their desire for change and the realization that they will inform, influence and implement the needed change. We use an action research approach, and recommendations are customized to the specific capacity of the organization. Our research-based approach looks at internal and external data in order to provide context, points of comparison, and innovative ideas. Our recommendations are grounded in best practices, proven research and are flexible enough to address the unique needs of the organization.
