India has many outstanding programs in health delivery, exemplars of innovation and formulators of new tools. These programs, both government and private sector, are rich repositories of knowledge and should ideally serve as a public good. This knowledge is not being shared for a variety of reasons, promoting a culture of secrecy and short-sightedness. Wheels are reinvented, there is loss of efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately lives. Alexander Associates aims to bridge this gap to enhance Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) public health delivery at scale. As a first step, we are documenting lessons from all over the country through primary research. Over time we expect these learnings to inform implementers in similar settings, across the world.
