Jacques Blinbaum, a New Yorker, met Moses Kanduri from Ghana during the United Nations Week 2015. They shared a common interest in mobile payments and their discussion led to the establishment of Allied Exchange Africa Ltd. in 2017, and the creation of ALEXpay, a revolutionary payment platform designed to integrate the various mobile money platforms, the traditional banking network, and the proven Brazilian F2b billing-payment platform.
Today, ALEXpay primarily integrates and scales up the segmented telco-based mobile money platforms to provide an integrated and secure platform that facilitates seamless and reliable mobile money transactions in Ghana and across Africa.
