Welcome to Alex's Cello Studio! I'm Alex Lammayot, a professional cellist with over 10 years of experience in performing and teaching. As an alumnus of the Woodlands High School and a current student at the University of Houston, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for the cello with aspiring musicians. At Alex's Cello Studio, I utilize a variety of proven teaching methods, including the Suzuki Method and CelloMind, to provide the best instruction tailored to students of all ages. Creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment is important to me, which is why I offer lessons in the convenience of students' homes. My students have achieved remarkable success, consistently placing in regional orchestras, local youth symphonies, and top-varsity orchestras. I take pride in nurturing their musical growth and helping them reach their full potential as cellists.
