ALFMED Languages & EU Mobility

The core activity of ALFMED consists in three sectors of activities and employs 15 people: - offering French linguistic intensive programs and cultural immersion - providing continuous Language training for French companies. Certified Language center & Examination center for TCF-TOEIC -BRIGHT certificates - International and European Mobility projects management & counselling for VET schools, High Education training centers and SMEs As a continuous training center for French companies, ALFMED has a very strong implication in the local economical market and has developed some knowledge in the vocational training. Thanks to our large SME network of 450 companies, the academy is focused on the labour market needs and mobility opportunities. ALFMED is very active in the field of Language counselling and certification towards IVT and HE institutes as well as company Clusters - ALFMED offers Language training: 1000 people/300 companies trained yearly, 9 languages taught - As an active member of the MEDEF UPE66, Trade Union of Entrepreneurs, ALFMED is part of the Training Commission and works on competence development within the initial vocational training sector, professional associations such as St Charles Export and Toques Blanches - As an Erasmus+ hosting partner for 13 years, more than 1000 internships set up with labour integration and preparation of the participants, assessment of the learning outcomes. 400 VETt ERASMUS students hosted in 2018 - As a European partner, ALFMED is involved in transversal European projects since 2009, EfVET IMOve membership - Since 2010, ALFMED is fully involved in ** the ECVET initiative through KA2 projects: “MOBility for EXcellence”, “Q-Mentor”, “SEPLO” and in ** Intercultural communication/integration through “PLACET”, “INPUT”, “Skills#EU”; in ** mobility for disabled participants through “TEDDIP'Europe”, “INTEGRA”; in *** staff training "MOBILITEACH" "French CookMasterclasses"
